About the Association

An independent, registered association serving the welfare of Group C & D government employees of Sikkim.

Who we are

An association, by employees, for employees.

The All Sikkim Government Employees' Association (Group C & D) — ASGEA — is an independent, non-political welfare body, registered under the Societies Registration Act. The Association is not a department or agency of any government — it is run by and for its members, and works towards the betterment of Group C and Group D (non-gazetted) employees serving in State Government departments, directorates, field offices and public sector undertakings across Sikkim's six districts.

We work within the framework of conduct rules prescribed for government servants and maintain a strict neutrality on political questions. Our focus is service: service to our members, and through them, service to the people of Sikkim.

  • 2To improve service conditions of the members.
