Who can join
Members
Any person employed by the State Government of Sikkim on a regular basis, from Group C or D, hailing from any of the departments as defined in the constitution, may become a member of the organisation if he or she:
- 1Applies for membership of the organisation by duly filling up the prescribed Membership Application Form.
- 2Pays the prescribed registration fee in time.
- 3His/her Membership Application Form is accepted & his/her name is enrolled by the Central Executive Committee.
Cessation of Membership
Membership of a member shall automatically cease if he/she:
- iExpires.
- jIs declared of unsound mind.
- kRetires from service (voluntary or otherwise).
- lIs promoted to Group 'B' rank & pay-scale.
- mResigns from service.
- nHis/her service is terminated.
Termination of Membership
Membership of a member may be terminated if:
- 1He/she applies for termination of his/her membership & the Central Executive Committee accepts his/her proposal.
- 2The Central Executive Committee expels him/her on the ground of indiscipline or anti-association activity or non-cooperation with either the Central or the District Committee or the Zonal Secretary.
- 3He/she fails to pay his/her annual membership subscription within the prescribed time.

One-time membership fee
Any eligible Group C or Group D employee can join with a single one-time fee of ₹ 50.
