As the backbone of our administrative system, your sincere efforts play a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of government services and the successful implementation of developmental and welfare initiatives. Your contribution continues to strengthen the progress, stability, and prosperity of our State.

I also commend the Sikkim Government Employees' Association for its valuable role in fostering unity, cooperation, and the welfare of its members. A strong and constructive partnership between the Government and its employees is essential for building an efficient, responsive, and people-centric administration.

I wish to assure you that your welfare, concerns, and aspirations remain a priority for our government.
